Terms of service
Last updated July 2026.
1. Agreement
These terms cover your use of shipvoice.dev (the site), the founding-access list, and the ShipVoice product once it is available. By using the site or buying ShipVoice, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Founding access
You can join the free founding list with your email, or buy founding access now. The first 50 buyers pay a one-time $199 (the list price is $299 at launch), fully refundable any time before launch. After the first 50 seats, founding access is $299. Joining the free list does not obligate you to buy anything, and you can unsubscribe at any time. ShipVoice launches September 2, 2026.
3. Purchases and license
Founding access is a one-time purchase for a single developer, with lifetime updates, at the $199 founding price for the first 50 buyers (then $299). What you can and cannot do with the code is set out in the License. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.
4. Refunds
Founding access is fully refundable through 23:59 UTC on September 1 (the day before launch): email us before then for a full refund, no questions asked. After launch, if ShipVoice is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site and the free resources (the primer, the margin calculator, the comparison, and the 10DLC guide) for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, or disrupt the site, and do not use it to do anything unlawful.
6. The free resources are provided as is
The primer, calculator, comparison figures, and guides are provided for information, without warranty of any kind. Provider prices and technical details change. Verify anything you rely on against the provider's own documentation before you build on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ShipVoice and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or the product. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid.
8. Third-party services
ShipVoice builds on services you run yourself, including LiveKit, Stripe, and your chosen STT, LLM, TTS, and telephony providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, which are between you and them.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product ships and evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
